Danielle flew home to spend the holidays with us- what a nice visit! Here are just a few pictures from Christmas Eve and Christmas taken on our new camera! Oh, almost forgot to mention- Brian surprised me with the most BEAUTIFUL Coach purse and wallet! Props to you babe!

'Tis the season!

I know it's been a while, but time goes fast and we are staying very busy! Amya is now 9 months and 3 weeks old, wow! She is starting to share her food with us when she is eating and she also pulls up on everything and "cruises" everywhere. We went to brunch on Sunday (Brian had to work) at the Edgewater for a holiday brunch, thanks Rick and Carolyn! Here are some pictures plus a few from the past couple of days.

Watch out here I come!

Wow, A lot can happen in one week if you are a baby! Amya started crawling one week ago from today. She is all over the place! It's like she's been doing it forever. It's so funny how it takes them so long, then all of a sudden they are a pro! She is such a sweatheart, weighing in at 19 lbs 10 oz. She is 29 inches long and in the 90th percentile for height, 75 for weight. She also has 4 teeth! The doctor said she has her dads height and her moms body type, she is going to be a super model, what a lucky girl! The doctor told me to start giving her foods that she can attempt to feed herself...today I gave her a scrambled egg and a piece of wheat toast with melted cheese to chew on, she loved it! Of course I took lots of pictures, not only because she is cute as a button, but because she got her high chair messy for the first time and IT DIDN'T MAKE ME CRINGE! I already decided the high chair can be wiped down once at the end of the meal and only sanitized with a Lysol disinfectent wipe once a day at the end of the day! Ahhh, the joys of a new mother, love it!!!

All done, I think I'll put the bowl on my head!

A whole new world...

On Monday Robbin, Kristin, Mason, Shay (little girl Robbin nanny's for), Amya and myself enjoyed a day at The Children's Museum. I have discovered a whole new world! Being a parent is so much fun, what did I do before Amya??? What a fun day! Amya is crawling-backwards! This week she also started to go from her tummy to a sitting position- it's the cutest thing! She has four teeth now, two on top and two on bottom. We are enjoying life!
